Whether you're here as a couple, a family, or a group of friends, you are welcome in our home and we would be honored to host you. We've thought carefully about what you might need, and then tried to go a bit further. The house sits in a peaceful neighborhood where the streets are quiet, the neighbors are friendly, and the desert light does something remarkable in the late afternoon. From the front porch, you'll have unobstructed views of Mingus Mountain and the open desert. Keep an eye out for the quail that wander through regularly, along with cardinals, finches, orioles and other songbirds. It's the kind of place that makes you put your phone down. The details matter to us. You having the best time at our home matters to us. It's why so many tell us they left wishing they'd stayed longer. A few notes from us: We ask all guests to sign a simple liability waiver for the pool, sauna, and hot tub. The game room is smoke-free, and the fire pits are propane, not wood-burning and not suitable for marshmallow roasting. We share these things upfront because guests who love this home tend to appreciate knowing exactly what they're walking into. We'd love to host you. *Maximum of 8 human beings including children of all ages allowed per reservation. Any extra guests or visitors other than the people on the reservation at any time during your stay will need to be approved in advance of check in. *No smoking of any substance (including vaping) inside or within 20 feet from doors and windows . We have a zero tolerance policy and will not hesitate to charge a minimum of $1800 for deodorization. There is an ashtray near the hot tub for your convenience. *You are a guest in a quiet neighborhood. Please respect the neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10pm-8am. Parties will be shut down immediately and you will be evicted with no refund. *Please use the restroom and take a shower before entering the hot tub. Lotions, make up, hair product, etc will make the water cloudy and it will become unusable after just one use. This will cause us to have to do a drain and refill. If we need to do a drain and refill after your departure, there will be a fee of $100

This is Arizona! Most plants are prickly and there are insects, reptiles and other pesky creatures here. Although rarely seen, you should exercise caution if you encounter one of these guys. For your comfort, please keep all doors and screens closed when not in use. For your comfort, please keep all screens closed if you have the windows or doors open, especially while running the A/C. Thanks! The hot tub and unheated pool are serviced every Wednesday. Our tech is there for a very short amount of time. Note: he will be on the top deck of the pool very briefly to do what he needs to do to keep it in tip top shape for you. If you have any questions about this, please reach out any time!
