Our home was designed around the idea that a truly good trip should leave you feeling restored. Whether you're here as a couple, a family, a group of friends or if you've decided to take a solo trip, you are welcome in our home. The house sits in a peaceful neighborhood where the streets are quiet, the neighbors are friendly, and the desert light does something remarkable in the late afternoon. From the front porch, you'll have unobstructed views of Mingus Mountain and the open desert. Keep an eye out for the quail that wander through regularly, along with cardinals, finches, orioles and other songbirds. We've even seen javelinas! It's the kind of place that makes you put your phone down and that's rare these days. Primary has access to backyard and its own coffee station. Secondary has a desk 🍽 Fully stocked kitchen including crockpot, rice cooker and fondue set ☕️ Nespresso, Keurig, French press, drip coffee maker, grinder and milk steamer. We take coffee seriously around here! 💧 Reverse osmosis drinking water and whole-home water softener 🎱 Game room with billiards, foosball, darts, puzzles and board games (puzzles and board games are in the living room under the TV) 📺 4 smart TVs including a Canvas Hisense 🎶 Vinyl record player with a collection of 22 records of varied music genres along with a Marshall bluetooth speaker 🧺 Washer/dryer 🧘‍♀️ 4 Yoga mats (varying thicknesses) 🛀 Public Goods bath amenities (hand and body wash, shampoo and conditioner, and lotion) 🔑 Easy keyless self check-in and ample parking A few things worth knowing: We ask the main booker to sign a brief liability waiver for the pool, sauna, and hot tub. Smoking is permitted outdoors and at least 20 feet from the house unless there is a fire ban. Please ensure nearby windows are closed. All enclosed spaces are smoke free. This includes the home, game room, ping pong shed and sauna. The fire pits are propane, not wood-burning and not suitable for marshmallow roasting. Max occupancy is 7 people on our property at any time during your stay. We share these things upfront so that you can decide whether our home is a fit for your group before booking. *Maximum of 8 human beings including children of all ages allowed per reservation. Any extra guests or visitors other than the people on the reservation at any time during your stay will need to be approved in advance of check in. *No smoking of any substance (including vaping) inside or within 20 feet from doors and windows . We have a zero tolerance policy and will not hesitate to charge a minimum of $1800 for deodorization. There is an ashtray near the hot tub for your convenience. *You are a guest in a quiet neighborhood. Please respect the neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10pm-8am. Parties will be shut down immediately and you will be evicted with no refund. *Please use the restroom and take a shower before entering the hot tub. Lotions, make up, hair product, etc will make the water cloudy and it will become unusable after just one use. This will cause us to have to do a drain and refill. If we need to do a drain and refill after your departure, there will be a fee of $100

This is Arizona! Most plants are prickly! We have many cactuses on the property so be careful and keep a close eye on the kiddos. There are insects, reptiles and other pesky creatures here too. Although rarely seen, you should exercise caution if you encounter one of these guys. We don't want them in the house, so for your comfort, please keep all doors and screens closed when not in use. Please keep all doors and windows closed if you are running the heat or A/C. Thanks! The hot tub and unheated pool are serviced every Wednesday. Our tech is there for a very short amount of time. Note: he will be on the top deck of the pool very briefly to do what he needs to do to keep it in tip top shape for you. If you have any questions about this, please reach out any time!
